Registered Psychologist

At Aura Psychology, I provide therapy for individuals aged 18 and older who are navigating challenges that affect their emotional, physical, and relational wellbeing. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside. You may have been managing for years — until stress, loss, or change brought old wounds to the surface.

My work focuses on helping clients overcome the patterns that keep them feeling anxious, exhausted, or uncertain, and to reconnect with a sense of calm, confidence, and direction. Whether you are considering individual or couples therapy, I offer you a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and create meaningful change.

I support clients who are experiencing:

  • Anxiety, panic, and chronic stress that affect sleep, concentration, or health
  • Depression and emotional fatigue that make it hard to stay motivated or hopeful
  • Past or recent trauma — including relational, developmental, and medical trauma
  • Chronic pain or health conditions that are linked to stress or emotional distress
  • Perfectionism and burnout that keep you in survival mode
  • Major life transitions such as caregiving, loss, life or career changes, changes in health, relationships or parenting.
  • Relationship difficulties — communication breakdowns, emotional distance, or conflict
  • Attachment and identity challenges — uncertainty about self, boundaries, or belonging

Therapy at Aura Psychology is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating the mind, body, and relationships. I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnosis, Mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients process and release the experiences that have kept them feeling trapped or disconnected.

The goal of our work together is to help you:

  • Reclaim balance between your mind, body, and emotions
  • Understand patterns that keep you feeling stuck or reactive
  • Strengthen relationships through better communication and emotional awareness
  • Develop resilience — the ability to adapt, recover, and thrive
  • Feel more aligned with who you are and how you want to live

I offer a stepped-care approach — from single-session consultations to ongoing therapy, Gottman Method™ Couples Therapy, and Assessments. Every service is designed to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

If you’re ready to begin, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Healing begins with one small step — and that first step can illuminate the path forward.

Outside of my clinical work, I love spending time with my family, friends, and two dogs — enjoying the small, everyday moments that bring connection and joy. I’m happiest when I’m outdoors, whether that’s walking through Calgary’s trails, spending quiet mornings with coffee and sunlight, or exploring new places. Time in nature helps me slow down, recharge, and stay connected to the same balance and calm that I hope to help others cultivate in their own lives.
